Returns

Because our jewellery is handmade to order and due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind.

However, if there is any issue with your order or you have received the wrong order, please do not hesitate to send your enquiry through the form below within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Keep in mind that each request will be analysed on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, based on the circumstances, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process (stated above) for any unwanted products.

Refunds

We will deduct 15% of processing fees for returned orders.

Repairs

We carefully inspect all of our pieces before they leave our installations to you, so unfortunately, we do not accept repairs. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us through the form below within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

Lost or Damaged

LUVE Accessories is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit. However, we will work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with the corresponding courier.

Warranty Policy

Our 30-day warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or damage that come with normal wear and tear (like a broken chain), or damage from improper use or storage of your product. We are unable to replace lost jewellery. In the rare case of a skin reaction due to material sensitivity, we are unable to replace the item, and Luve Accessories is not responsible for this issue. Therefore, make sure you read the product materials included in the product description.

LUVE Accessories does not cover any shipping costs involved in the process.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement requests.
