Because our jewellery is handmade to order and due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind.
However, if there is any issue with your order or you have received the wrong order, please do not hesitate to send your enquiry through the form below within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Keep in mind that each request will be analysed on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, based on the circumstances, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items.
