Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been placed. An incorrect delivery address provided by you may cause an unsuccessful delivery.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping:

Expect the arrival of your order within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. This value will be displayed on the Summary screen before finalising your order.

Orders over $99 will be eligible for FREE standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress and location of your order in real-time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia (via luveaccessories.com.au) and Canada (via luveaccessories.ca).
  • Please be aware that we do not deliver to places like post offices, PO boxes, or locked bags.
  • LUVE Accessories is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit. However, we will work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with the corresponding courier.
